What privacy rights do I have in as far as my computer at work is concerned?

None.

Your employer owns the computers you use as well as your time while at work. They expect you to be using the machine and the time to do the work you are hired to do. With that being the case, employer could install software to monitor your use of the computer, access your browsing history, or anything they want to do with the computer.
