How much time does it take an attorney to write a motion to supress?
Simply put i am wanting to know based on experienced opinion what is the average amount of time it should take an experienced attorney to write a full motion to supress petition based on the notion that the stop was illegal and only used as a means to gain access to a legal search.

Keeping in mind that ever case is unique, filing a motion will take about 2 to 3 hours.
However, if there is evidence to be reviewed, as you say here, “stop was illegal”, examining that evidence can take time.
It is always important to build trust with an attorney instead of overlooking that aspect and end up second-guessing.
