David M. Sturman is a highly experienced immigration attorney, who has practiced immigration law exclusively since 1980. He has represented thousands of foreign nationals and their families both before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassies, U.S. Immigration Court, The Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Federal District Court and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He is one of a small group of immigration attorneys who practices all areas of immigration law from securing nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas for clients to defending against deportation and removal as well as representing clients both before the U.S. District Courts and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Sturman is a recognized leader in Federal Court litigation fighting to preserve clients’ rights before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and other government agencies and he is among only a handful of attorneys with successful hands-on experience in Federal Class Action litigation against unlawful U.S. Immigration Service policies.
