A former insurance claim specialist, L. Craig Nierman

helps people, small businesses, and medical providers with insurance cases. He also serves nationally as an insurance expert in state and federal courts.

Mr. Nierman has taught Insurance Law classes at the University of Iowa College of Law and speaks at conferences for attorneys on insurance and injury law. Before practicing law, Craig worked at State Farm,

as an insurance claim specialist.

Craig married his high school sweetheart and

has lived in the Iowa City area since 1993. They have

two adult children and are active in their church

and several non-profits.
